4. Certain elements of your profile will be kept private, including if you enter your current work status as "unemployed". This may be used to promote your profile up the search ranking by recruiters.
5. Any job postings displayed on Red Unida are not the property or the responsibility of Red Unida. Any lack of response should reflect upon the employer or posting agent, not upon the network that published the job.
What you can expect from Red Unida:
1. Salary recommendations based upon the information you give: the more information you input, the more advice we can offer.
2. The ability to post jobs and to apply for jobs.
3. The ability to connect to other members and communicate in a safe and reliable environment.
4. Anti-social behaviour, including extremely biased opinions and spamming, will be punished and the members removed from the network.
What we expect from you:
1. You are over 18 and you have the legal authority to agree to this contract.
2. You are not a competitor of Red Unida, nor have you been removed, suspended nor have you been in legal action against Red Unida before.
3. You will have only one profile at any moment in time.
4. Accurate, up to date information with honest and reliable communications, including job applications and job postings. We must presume that by your submission of this data, the data is not confidential, may be distributed and used by our algorithms for graphs for other users and your own recommendations, and we are not obliged in any way or form to offer you financial or other compensation for the use of the data.
5. If you enjoy the site, you will pass it on to your friends and colleagues to increase the accuracy of our recommendations - the greater the number of users, the better the recommendations to you.
6. Your behaviour will be professional, and either positive or neutral. Negative opinions and complaints can be voiced in forums other than Red Unida.
